We are looking for curious and creative people

Research is a challenge into the unknown, and naturally the process often does not go as planned. When you hit a wall in research, overcoming it requires intrinsic motivation, hard work, concentration, and logical thinking. In other words, people who are genuinely curious about living things, who can immerse themselves in research, and who enjoy logical problem-solving tend to succeed. As long as you have these qualities, it is not a problem if you lack basic knowledge of the field or experimental skills at the time of application. In our laboratory, each member conducts research semi-independently on a specific theme, which helps nurture autonomy. At the same time, we place great importance on interaction and mutual support among lab members, so the necessary knowledge and skills naturally develop through laboratory experience.
