We are looking for curious and creative people
Research is a challenge to the unknown, and naturally the process often does not go as planned. When you hit a wall in research, overcoming it requires intrinsic motivation for research, hard work, concentration, and logical thinking. In other words, people who have intrinsic curiosity for living things, who can lose themselves in research, and who like the logical strategies will succeed. As long as you have these characteristics, there is no problem even if you do not have basic knowledge of the field or experimental skills at the time of application. In our laboratory, each person conducts research semi-independently on one theme, thereby nurturing autonomy. At the same time, we place great importance on interactions and mutual help among lab members, thus the necessary knowledge and skills will naturally accrue through laboratory experience.
